Lifestyle Constructions NQ Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time experienced Painter/Labourer for residential building projects.

About the Role

You’ll be working on residential construction and refurbishment projects, carrying out painting and general labouring duties. The role requires someone who can problem-solve on the job, work efficiently as part of a team, and maintain a high standard of work at all times.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, or repairing as required).

· Apply paint, varnish, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

· Mix and match paint colours to specifications.

· Set up and clean painting tools, equipment, and work areas.

· Assist tradespersons and team members on construction and renovation tasks.

· Perform general labouring duties including site clean-up, material handling, and deliveries.

· Operate power tools and equipment safely and as trained.

· Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards at all times.

· Follow instructions from supervisors and report progress or issues as required.

· Support multiple project sites when needed.

Requirements

· Practical experience in the building/construction industry.

· Proven painting experience.

· Motivated, punctual, and reliable with a positive attitude.

· Valid Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card (essential).

Working Hours

· Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

· Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
(38 hours per week, plus reasonable additional hours as required)
