Good people, good food, good times. We're a hospitality group that creates memorable experiences through quality catering and exceptional service. We've delivered major events like Melbourne Fashion Festival, and work with clients across luxury fashion, automotive, property, banking and media.

Catering operations include logistics, and our seasonal activations with restaurant takeovers, and Apres ski parties in Mt Buller, with Restaurant Villager & Cafe Lt Villager, trading June to September.

The Role

This is an operations-focused position running the back of house at our HQ. You'll be managing the logistics, planning, staffing and coordination that make our catering events happen

Your day-to-day will include:

Planning event logistics, staff scheduling, and equipment coordination

Managing supplier relationships and ordering

Overseeing the seasonal setup and operations of Villager, Mt Buller

Running HQ operations and coordinating with our kitchen, bakery and service teams

Collaborating on event design and styling elements that make events pop and wow clients

Building relationships with clients and negotiating sponsorships

Keeping multiple events on track, on time, and within budget

What We Need

Must haves:

4+ years in catering/event management with strong ops experience

Excellent at logistics, planning, and keeping things organized

Great communicator who builds solid relationships with teams and suppliers

Current driver's licence and RSA certificate

Experience with a catering company (highly valued)
