White Prince Mushrooms is one of Australia's largest privately owned mushroom supplier, renowned for our high-quality, fresh mushrooms. Our team is expanding, and we are searching for Senior Production Team Leaders to guide our production teams with efficiency and accuracy.

Your Role:

Daily Production Management: Set up and manage the production floor, ensuring all production sheets are prepared, completed, and collected at the end of the day.

Equipment Setup: Prepare and maintain various production equipment including checkweighers, omori machines, labelers, and vision detection systems.

Stock Control: Check and prepare stock levels for daily production, ensuring all products are correctly labelled and stored.

Team Coordination: Rotate staff and manage teams to maintain continuous production to meet delivery schedules.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards, report any issues to the QA Manager, and assist in process/quality matters when required.

Hygiene and Safety: Maintain general hygiene and sanitation, ensuring all staff adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols.

Ideal Experience:

Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in a previous role ideally in Food Production/Manufacturing (FMCG).

Familiar with food handling procedures (HACP) and safety standards (WHS)

About You:

Team Player: Ability to work both as a team member and independently.

Initiative: Show a desire to improve and demonstrate a professional and dedicated approach.

Licences: Current Drivers Licence and own transport. Forklift Licence. First Aid Certification (desirable).
