Forte Healthcare is a growing, family owned company based in Armidale NSW. We specialize in manufacturing medical mattresses and pressure care devices using a combination of foam and textiles. Our products are sold into hospitals and through a network of medical resellers across Australia and New Zealand. We have an enthusiastic team, passionate about growth, results and quality.

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join and lead a second shift. Working hours: 12pm - 8pm.

About You

Qualifications & Experience Required

Hard working, Energetic and prepared for a fast-paced work environment

Practical and proven experience in similar roles and team leadership

Physically fit and prepared for manual handling relatively heavy product. This job requires the employee to spend a day on their feet, often lifting and handling bulky items.

Basic computer knowledge

Forklift license required

Tasks & responsibilities

Overseeing foam production second shift, ensuring daily production targets are met

General duties in foam plant including gluing mattresses, cleaning and organising stock as required

Operating machinery such as forklifts, bandsaws and spray gun

Keeping close eye on production scoreboards and systems to ensure orders are completed in the right priority

Assisting with loading and unloading trucks as required
