We are seeking someone with the drive and passion for working in a successful workshop in Milton. We seek a reliable, motivated, responsible mechanic with a positive attitude and all-round industry knowledge and experience.

Skills and experience

Experience with late model car servicing and repairs

Identify, diagnose and repair vehicle defects

Ability to identify challenges and solve problems efficiently

Knowledge of Scan tool and testing equipment

Mentor and assist apprentice mechanics and assist with workflow

This position includes:

Daily servicing of allocated vehicles, all maintenance and repair work

Diagnosis of vehicle faults

Identifying and reporting technical issues and additional work

Road testing vehicles

Conducting quality checks on all work

Parts ordering

Requirements:

All round Qualified Motor Mechanic with proven experience and maturity

Wheel alignment experience an advantage (not essential)

Attention to detail

Have the ability to work in a team environment

Good communication and time management skills

Ability to diagnose and work unsupervised

Ability to problem solve

Smart and tidy in appearance

Valid Australian manual driver license

(Safety Certificate, A/C) license is an advantage, we are willing to assist you in attaining licensing and qualifications
