About the role

KPR Automotive is seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanic to join our growing team in Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional looking to take the next step in their career.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of vehicles, while maintaining the level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail that our customers know us for.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out a wide range of mechanical repairs and servicing on various makes and models of vehicles

Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic equipment

Prioritising and completing work in a timely and efficient manner

Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Ensuring the workshop is kept clean, tidy and well-organised

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field

Extensive experience as a qualified Mechanic, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

A current manual driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
