The Role
Located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this facility boutique home has strong reputation for the provision of outstanding care and lifestyle programs provided to their residents.

With the support of a stable and dedicated steam of aged care professionals, you will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities for the delivery of a high standard of care and lifestyle to residents, as well as ensuring adherence to compliance accreditation standards.

As the leader of the facility, you will contribute to the efficient and effective management of HR and financial management according to the strategic plan and budget. This role is a people and business operations position, requiring a manager who can lead, nurture and inspire the team of dedicated staff whilst ensuring high level of care is maintained.

Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced aged care manager with strong operational & clinical skills. it is imperative that you have an in-depth understanding of funding and the accreditation standards. You will also need to possess strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff.
