About the Role:

As the Senior Product Designer, you will be the first design hire and take ownership of end-to-end product design. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that solve complex user problems while balancing business needs. You’ll play a critical role in shaping both the current product and new initiatives, including establishing design processes and lightweight systems to support scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and user research to uncover problems, validate opportunities, and inform design decisions
• Translate insights into intuitive, elegant solutions that balance customer needs with business goals
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborate with engineers to bring designs to life
• Help define and refine the product roadmap through research-driven insights and creative problem-solving
• Establish design tooling and practices in Figma to support consistency and speed as we grow
• Contribute to product thinking and help shape new areas beyond the current platform

Required Experience:

• Strong experience designing digital products, ideally within complex or data-rich B2B SaaS environments
• Skilled across the full product lifecycle—from research and discovery through to polished, production-ready design
• Comfortable taking the lead as a sole designer, balancing autonomy with collaboration
• Confident in solving ambiguous problems, simplifying complexity, and moving quickly in early-stage environments
• Excellent communicator who can clearly explain design rationale, collaborate with engineers, and influence stakeholders
• A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys shaping both product direction and how design operates in a growing team
