About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to provide clinical and community-based care to participants with diverse needs. You’ll work closely with clients, their families, and support teams to deliver care that enhances wellbeing, independence, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with individual NDIS plans.

Provide medication management, wound care, catheter and stoma care, and other clinical supports.

Monitor and document health changes, escalate clinical concerns, and liaise with health professionals.

Promote client independence through education, empowerment, and respectful support.

Work collaboratively with support workers and coordinators to ensure continuity of care.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

Experience in community or disability nursing, ideally within the NDIS framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

Strong documentation and clinical reporting skills.

Expected Hours: Active Night Shifts

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Valid police check , NDIS Workers Screening Check / WWC.
