About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team.

You will work alongside Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality nursing care for participants with a range of support needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring participants receive safe, professional, and personalised health support while engaging in community and lifestyle activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional nursing care in line with scope of practice (EN or RN).

Provide clinical oversight, medication administration, and health monitoring.

Support participants with daily living needs, personal care, and mobility assistance.

Collaborate with Disability Support Workers to deliver holistic care.

Document care, progress notes, and incident reports accurately.

Actively promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.

Contribute to skill development and achievement of individual care plans.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse.

Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience supporting people with high-intensity or complex needs.

Experience with spinal cord injuries is highly desirable.
