Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Contracts department. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, supportive environment, perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Be the primary contact for a portfolio of top-tier Contract Logistics clients

Build strong, long-term relationships and resolve client queries

Prepare accurate daily pricing and internal/external reports

Ensure compliance with client delivery processes and OH&S standards

Confidently manage disputes and drive continuous improvement

Lead regular business review meetings to identify growth opportunities
