ChoiceOne are seeking trade qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitters for both local workshop and site based work. These roles could lead to full time positions. There are a variety of hours and sites on offer for skilled persons that met the below selection criteria.
The Role
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID and GA drawings
- Manufacture tubing including cone and thread execution
- Install pump sets into fabricated structures
- Pipe and tube installation
- Working on hydraulics
- Assemble new systems, pipe/ tube/ hose Installation of, fittings, flanges to detailed specifications provided, flushing of lines
- Assembly of pre-assembled skid units, fabricated frames, small tanks
- Document management, ITP, SWI, JSEA and material check lists
Role Requirements
- Trade qualification – Mechanical Fitter
- Current “C” Class WA Manual Driver’s License
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Forklift License – (Desirable)
- Senior First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
- White card
- Working at Heights
- EWP
