ChoiceOne are seeking trade qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitters for both local workshop and site based work. These roles could lead to full time positions. There are a variety of hours and sites on offer for skilled persons that met the below selection criteria.

The Role

• Ability to read and interpret P&ID and GA drawings
• Manufacture tubing including cone and thread execution
• Install pump sets into fabricated structures
• Pipe and tube installation
• Working on hydraulics
• Assemble new systems, pipe/ tube/ hose Installation of, fittings, flanges to detailed specifications provided, flushing of lines
• Assembly of pre-assembled skid units, fabricated frames, small tanks
• Document management, ITP, SWI, JSEA and material check lists

Role Requirements

• Trade qualification – Mechanical Fitter
• Current “C” Class WA Manual Driver’s License
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Forklift License – (Desirable)
• Senior First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
• White card
• Working at Heights
• EWP
