About the Role
Talenza has partnered with a leading global consulting firm that is growing its Oracle Technology practice here in Australia. This is your opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations across a range of industries - from government and healthcare to financial services and retail.

You'll join a high-performing team that specialises in Oracle Cloud ERP, working across full-cycle projects that transform core business functions like Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving real business challenges using cutting-edge cloud technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
  
• Facilitate solution workshops to drive Oracle Cloud adoption and optimise processes
  
• Design and implement user journeys using industry-leading methodologies (including the Powered Enterprise framework)
  
• Translate business needs into functional specs for integrations, extensions, workflows and personalisations
  
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, including security, workflows, BI & OTBI reporting, and customisations
  
• Prepare high-quality documentation and contribute to proposal and presales efforts when required
  
• Stay up to date with Oracle product updates, maintain certifications, and continuously grow your domain expertise
  

About You
You're a proactive, client-focused consultant with a passion for Oracle Cloud and a knack for turning complex problems into smart, scalable solutions.

We're looking for:

• Hands-on experience across 4+ Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g. GL, AP, AR, Assets, Projects, Procurement, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of finance processes and their translation into system configurations
  
• Experience leading or playing a key role in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
  
• Technical knowledge across BI/OTBI reporting, security roles, workflows, and extensions
  
• Strong communication skills - you know how to engage stakeholders and explain complex concepts simply
  
• Relevant Oracle certifications or a willingness to gain them
