SENIOR FIRE DESIGNER
Sydney Based – Relocation Support Provided
Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 + super

They have recently secured several major contracts across Sydney, including some of their largest projects to date. To keep pace with growth, they’re looking for an experienced Fire Designer to step into a key role within their expanding design and engineering team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing wet (sprinkler) and dry (detection) fire protection systems for major projects
• Preparing detailed sprinkler, hydrant, and extinguisher shop drawings
• Applying your knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards (AS2118, AS2419, AS1670, AS1668)
• Using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to deliver accurate and compliant work
• Partnering with project managers, engineers, and installers to ensure seamless delivery
• Signing off on designs if you hold current FSD certification (with higher salary on offer)

• 3+ years of recent experience in fire system design
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
