Looking to join an incredibly important Government organisation? We are working with a premier government agency that is looking to add a to add an IT Support Officer to their team.
In this role you will be supporting a broad user base for all level one and two issues.
An overview of your role will include:
- Resolving level 1 and 2 issues
- Supporting standard IT hardware and peripherals
- Installation of software and hardware
- Maintain AV and communication platforms
- Ensuring asset registers are correct
We are looking to speak with candidates that are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE with:
- Several years IT support experience
- Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Strong Office 365, Outlook and Microsoft skills
- Knowledge of MS Windows and Server environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Relevant certifications / qualifications
- Available to start immediately
On offer to the successful candidate will be a contract role starting immediately until June 2026. Hourly rates will be based on your skills and experience of up to $60 per hour.
