Our Managed Services Client (based in the outer Eastern Suburbs) have an immediate need to boost the Level 2 Capacity within the Support Team. You will be Hands-On, creative and passionate about Technology and able to Support and Manage Clients, Tickets and variety of Tech.
This role is 2/3 Days per week permanent part time.
The duties will be focussed on
· Monitoring and Health Checking Windows (365) and Mac Devices
· Automating Windows patching, Datto Remote Backup
· Deployments
· Ticketing phone calls and emails where necessary
· Maintain internal knowledge base
· Maintain Secure Documentation Database
· Anti Virus Management on Local and Remote Machines
· (Cyber Security SentinelOne, eSET, SMTP2GO Mail Server)
· Maintain and Manage Cloud Protection Systems (Barracuda, Avanan, Saas Alerts, DarkWeb ID, Graphus, LastPass)
· Manage Backups (Cove Backup 365, Cove Backup Device, Datto Saas Protection, Datto Backup, Unitrends, Veeam, iDrive e2, Synology)
EXTRA EXTRA !! Any RocketCyber and/or Kaseya knowledge very well regarded. (please note this experience if you have it)
Tertiary qualifications in Computing, Information Technology or significant industry experience would be expected.
Excellent verbal and written (communication) skills are expected with this role (even if you're totally introverted).
