As Team Leader, you will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality, person-centred SIL and life skills development services.
In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee and lead daily operations, provide clinical oversight and drive the outcomes that reflect participants choice, control and individual goals.
You will be a great fit if you have experience in:
- Leading, mentoring and supervising Disability Support Workers within a Supported Independent Living environment
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements, person-centred active support and Child Safe Standards
- Proven ability to manage rosters, budgets and compliance requirements
- Manage staff training, ongoing development, and performance management
- Promoting inclusion, empowerment and active participation for people with disability
- Support delivery of complex and high - intensity care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement, staff development and high-quality practice aligned with the Active Service Model
What you’ll bring:
- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Work or a related qualification (minimum)
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in Supported Independent Living, with a strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and practice standards
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
- A collaborative, values-driven approach to leadership
