JamesCo Group is one of Melbourne’s leading retaining wall specialists. We design and construct high-quality structural retaining walls for residential and commercial projects across Melbourne.

As our company continues to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Leading Hand to take charge of one of our crews and help drive quality, safety, and efficiency on site.

About the Role

Lead and supervise a small team on retaining wall projects

Coordinate materials, machinery, and site setup

Read and interpret engineering and site plans

Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard

Communicate effectively with management and clients

About You

Proven experience building sleeper retaining walls

Confident leading and motivating a crew

Strong attention to detail and site organization

Current White Card and driver’s license

Excavator tickets (advantage but not essential)
