The Opportunity:
Eden Building & Landscaping is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscaping Team Leader to join our close-knit crew. If you’re passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and enjoy leading a team that feels more like family, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a small team of landscapers and apprentices on residential and commercial projects

Work hands-on to deliver quality results — from hardscaping to planting

Coordinate materials, scheduling, and site logistics

Maintain communication with clients and management

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in landscaping and site leadership

Certificate III or IV in Landscaping (preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Current driver’s licence & White Card

Excavator/Bobcat license and any other relevant landscape tickets would be advantageous, but this is not mandatory

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
