My client is looking for a dynamic Executive assistant with experience in the Packaging Industry - someone who is confident, organised and can help manage a small team, keep production running to schedule and be a lynchpin of the business moving forward.

As a successful part of a growing market, my client has a philosophy that only the best will do, with old school values of quality and care above all else. My client needs someone who has experience in the packaging industry - preferably working with Flexibles/Food Packaging.

If you have had experience in outsourcing, scheduling, ordering and purchasing and customer service would be considered an advantage.

Ideal candidates will have some form of EA experience, Leadership or Management, alongside Customer Service, Office Administration, Production Supervision or planning/project management. You will have all the attributes listed above and be hungry to do well. You will want to be a strong but personable executive assistant with the ambition to become a leader. as this role has scope to evolve into Operations Management. You will be organised, diligent and a motivated self starter.

You will be given every available resource and support network to be successful.

The salary for this role ranges from $85k-$100k + Super reflective of the relevance of your experience.
