The Organisation JK are partnering with a Brisbane southside foam manufacturer supplying locally‑made polyurethane foam products to furniture and bedding customers, alongside specialist foams for sectors like healthcare, audio and packaging. The business focuses on reliable delivery, locally manufactured quality, and continuous improvement in its processes and equipment.
The Role Working on the factory floor in an experienced team, you’ll be responsible for operating CNC machinery to cut and shape a variety of foam products to specification. You’ll read job sheets, set up programs and tooling, run jobs safely and efficiently, and complete basic quality checks.

We are ideally looking for employees with prior expertise in CNC Operations, however if you’re practical, tech-savvy and have a mechanical mindset, training can be provided!
Key Duties

• Operate CNC machinery to cut/contour foam to job specs
• Set up programs, tooling and workpieces
• Measure, check and record QA results
• Keep the area tidy and assist with general production tasks
• Work safely with PPE and follow all work instructions

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience operating CNC machinery (or strong technical aptitude with a mechanical mindset)
• Comfortable confidence operating hand and power tools
• Confidence in reading & interpreting plans and designs
• Reliability, with a team‑focused attitude and ability to follow instructions
• Strong commitment to health and safety
