About the role

Be part of a friendly, high-energy quick-service team delivering great food to travellers. You’ll prepare consistently good meals, support teammates during busy periods and help shape a positive kitchen culture at Cairns Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly service with consistent food quality
• Prepare, cook and plate menu items to standard under time pressure
• Monitor stock, rotate supplies and maintain accurate records
• Maintain high food-safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
• Coach and support junior team members when required

About You

• Experience in high-volume or quick-service kitchens
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• ASIC (or willingness to apply) and reliable transport
• A collaborative, positive attitude and punctuality
