People 2U is proudly partnering with a leading provider in the heavy‑vehicle braking and control systems industry (distributor of air, electronic brake and valve systems) to recruit an Internal Sales Representative to join their Melbourne branch. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Truganina, supporting a business trusted nationally for quality, innovation and technical excellence.

The Role

As the Internal Sales Representative, you will report to the Victorian Branch Manager and be integral to the branch’s internal operations and customer support. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering all inbound enquiries (phone and email) with professionalism

Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner

Issuing invoices and managing credit returns / customer returns

Performing stock control and inventory reconciliation

Coordinating inter‑branch transfers and resolving stock discrepancies

Receipting incoming goods and managing system records

Preparing customer quotations and providing excellent service

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in internal sales, customer service, or order administration

Strong on communication, phone manner, and written correspondence

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working with systems (ERP, inventory or order management)

A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
