The Opportunity

We are looking for talented Commis Chef to join our team, in Summer Hill and Horsley Park NSW (seperate position). Start date immediate.

Hours required: Summer hill: 6am - 2pm (Mon-Sun). Horsley Park: (5am-1pm Mon-Fri) Renumeration package will be competitive and above Award Rate. Successful candidates will have the following experience and attributes:

2+ years relevant experience in the industry

Passionate about food and coffee

excellent Food handling skills, both meat and vegetable products.

Sandwich assembly and or Barista coffee making experience.

Worked in fast paced cafe, or similar environment

Good organisation and the ability to train junior staff

An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices

Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player

Public transport available to Summer Hill only
