Period of Appointment

Fixed term for 3 years

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties
  • Lead, manage and undertake complex project work and co-ordinate activities in driving readiness for, and the delivery of, the HRIS Project and other strategic projects for the Agency as required.
  • Create, maintain, execute and continuously evaluate comprehensive business, project, change and communication plans in accordance with the Department’s Project and Change Management Frameworks.
  • Manage and monitor project activity, timing and progress, identify, manage and mitigate project risks and strategies, and provide project status reports and other reports as required.
  • Develop and implement strategic governance and decision-making procedures and structures for the project.
  • Research, analyse, evaluate recommendations, and lead the development of policies, guidelines, discussion papers, and advisory documents, to provide advice on a range of matters across the Agency.
  • Build and maintain positive consultative relationships with stakeholders, including the central DPAC HRIS project team and other Agencies, and information networks to facilitate communication and ensure the delivery of project outcomes.
  • Effectively lead and manage the project team, including to maintain a positive team culture and individual engagement and growth, alongside positive work and project-related outcomes.
  • Perform other assigned duties within the knowledge, skills and experience expected at the classification level.
Desirable Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related/other relevant field.
