MRC Tas is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the transition to a new client management system across key service areas.

About the role
MRC Tas is looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new Client Management System across our settlement and mental health services. This role involves leading project planning and coordination, managing data migration, facilitating staff training, and working collaboratively to ensure the system is integrated effectively and on schedule. The successful candidate will be based in either our Hobart or Launceston office.
The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated successful delivery of ICT projects
Demonstrated experience in project management including developing (or contributing to the development) of project, communication and implementation plans, as well as project evaluation and reporting
Demonstrated experience applying continuous quality improvement principles and processes
Ability to identify and analyse project risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks
Experience developing and delivering end-user training to successfully implement systems
High level interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and suppliers
Strong communication and influencing skills to support change management processes
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
A Tasmanian driver’s licence
Experience with Client Management Systems (Desirable)
Experience working in community services and supporting diverse staff with ITC and CMS (Desirable)
