The Opportunity

As Store Manager you’ll proactively lead, coach and motivate the team to consistently deliver profitable outcomes for the store. You'll recruit, train, develop and retain top talent, ensuring operational excellence and create a collaborative team culture that aligns to our mission, vision and core values.

Key Responsibilities include:

Deliver on store budget and monitor store performance against all KPI's (Sales, IPT, ATV, Conversion & wages)

Coach, lead and inspire a dynamic team, fostering a culture in line with Helly Hansen’s mission, vision, and core values.

Recruit, train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical product.

Strategically plan and contribute to the development of the store. Identify opportunities for growth, profitability and elevated customer experience.

Effective roster management. Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and performance through thorough data review.

Ensure operational efficiency and inventory control to meet company benchmarks.

Ensure all retail employees understand and adhere to OHS practices.

Execute visual merchandising strategies inline with Helly Hansen brand guidelines.

Provide accurate and timely feedback on product performance to optimise sell through.

About You

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership qualities

Ability to multi task

A willingness to build and belong to a high performing team

Happy to get your ‘hands dirty’ and do what needs to be done to achieve a desired outcome

You'll have a strong sense of ‘brand’. Confident in being a strong brand advocate for staff and customers alike

Required Experience

Demonstrated experience as a successful Store Manager

Experience in fashion & accessories retail highly regarded

Experience in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and KPI's

Strong operationally. Confident in effective roster and inventory management.

Experience in performance management and recruitment. Proven ability to inspire, train and develop staff
