We are looking for a dynamic Warranty Service Technician to fill a position within our Somerton factory. Our Warranty department efficiently completes repairs for our customers caravans & ensures our customers satisfaction.

Permanent, full time position: Monday to Friday.

Shift times from 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Somerton based.

Modern factory & an innovative team.

All required tools provided.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Identification of root cause of defects in caravans

Undertaking repairs, and testing of customers caravans.

Ensuring repairs are conducted in a efficient and timely manner.

Ensuring high quality standard of repair.

Occasional external customer engagement required.

Basic computer skills required to track & manage caravan warranty works

Yard work including but not limited to using a forklift to move vans.

The successful candidates will need to be able to problem solve, work in a fast-paced environment and have worked with a variety of hand and power tools. Previous exposure to RV repairs is a distinct advantage.
