The Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Caravan or Horse Float Production Fitter / Auto Electrician to join our hands-on production team. You’ll play a key role in building high-quality horse floats, working across auto electrics, sheeting, and fit-off tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Running 12V wiring in new horse floats

· Installing and testing 12V components and accessories

· Performing repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances

· Fitting internal and external components, including cabinetry and wall linings

· Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

· Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

· Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in auto electrics

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to read and follow instructions and technical drawings

· Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Safety-conscious and proactive

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certification or training in caravan repairs, auto electrical systems, or qualification as Cert3 or higher Auto Electrical
