Customer Service
Be the friendly face of the business. You love to help our customers who come to collect their winning bids.Or drop something off for us to auction.
Communication
Professional communication with customers and business representatives when required.
Teamwork
Do whatever it takes to help your teammates succeed.
Administration
Update customer and product records in the CRM system
Keep accurate records of all telephone and email conversations.

Your customer service skills are second to none.

Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
A talent for communicating ideas, issues, and solutions.
What you need to succeed:
Customer service focus.
Good computer skills
Ability to perform Data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
Experience working within a fast-paced operation, we work at a very high level of input.
The flexibility to work one Saturday per month if needed.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, happy disposition.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.

You must have a current Australian driver's licence and comfortable driving a manual or automatic car.
