Darwin Fibreglass Pools & Spas (DFG) is looking for a motivated and well-organised individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is confident using computers.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in supporting our sales and operations team. No two days are the same – you'll be helping customers, scheduling jobs, handling enquiries, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries (phone, email, in-person)

Follow up leads and support the sales process

Assist with job bookings, paperwork, and general admin tasks

Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors

What We're Looking For

Friendly and professional communication skills

Organised, reliable, and proactive

Comfortable using computers (Excel, email, documents)

Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex functions and formulas

Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service preferred

Basic understanding of pools or construction is a bonus (not essential)

Must possess Australian work rights
