Are you looking for a role where you will feel valued and supported within a positive environment? Oak Park Early Learning (OPEL) is opening on October 24th and is looking for an EXPERIENCED founding team of educators to start on this exciting journey ahead!

OPEL is a new, purpose built centre, with five spacious classrooms with bright and welcoming natural light and each with access to their own wonderous garden spaces. We offer a Montessori Inspired Kindergarten Program, which runs alongside Play Based & Milestone Based Programs for our young children.

As an educator at OPEL, you will have support in your role from our on site, and hands on Director who has over ten years experience working in the industry. In addition to this, we have our off-the-floor Educational Leader, who works directly with our educators specifically with program implementation and development. We also have an Occupational Therapist who does weekly check ins, to assist our classrooms in providing inclusive practices, supportive learning environments and strategies for transitions and behaviour management.

OPEL supports a positive work/life balance by providing you with set shifts (which provides consistency so that you can plan your personal lives) and a policy of no work at home so that you will feel relaxed after your day!

OPEL is currently recruiting educators for EXPERIENCED FULL TIME EDUCATORS ONLY who have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships available).
