This collaborative, medium-sized architectural studio is steadily expanding their portfolio in aged-care, retirement living, and commercial architecture. With projects ranging from $10M to $200M, their work balances functionality, care, and thoughtful design outcomes. You’ll be joining a tight-knit project team and working across a range of impactful projects - starting with a major aged-care build. Here, mid-levels aren’t sidelined; you’ll get real opportunities to step up, contribute meaningfully, and potentially lead projects depending on size and scope. This is the perfect opportunity for a capable and technical Architectural Technician to deepen their project experience and grow in a positive, inclusive, and social studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver documentation and coordination on aged-care, multi-res and commercial projects

Collaborate with project teams of up to 5, including technicians and senior architects

Engage in design development and support project delivery across multiple stages

Solve technical issues alongside an experienced team of Revit users

Take ownership of project packages and potentially run smaller-scale projects

Skills & Experience

Minimum 7+ years’ post-graduate experience in architecture

Aged-care, commercial or institutional sector experience highly regarded

Strong Revit skills essential

Confident working across documentation and consultant coordination

Great communication skills and ability to collaborate in small teams

Ambition to grow and potentially step into project leadership
