The Company
This leading HVAC contractor delivers a diverse range of mechanical services projects across the residential, mixed-use, commercial, and education sectors, with typical project values ranging from $200k through to $4 million. Their delivery model combines both direct and subcontract labour, offering flexibility and strong control over quality and program across every project.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the full project lifecycle – from initial handover through to final commissioning and client handoff. You’ll work closely with two experienced Project Managers, drawing on the support of a dedicated in-house administration team and external engineering and drafting partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Suitable Candidates
This role will suit an individual with 3–10 years’ experience in HVAC Project Management who enjoys hands-on delivery and building strong site and client relationships. The business maintains long-standing partnerships with a range of Tier II and Tier III builders and is known for its collaborative and down-to-earth culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects across commercial, residential & education sectors
• Manage subcontractors, labour, procurement, and project financials
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Maintain strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance
• Support and mentor site teams as part of a close-knit project group

About You:

• 3–10 years’ experience in HVAC Project Management within the Melbourne market
• Strong understanding of mechanical services systems and delivery processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Tier II or III builders preferred
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail

Package:
$90,000 – $130,000 + Super + Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance
