Our client is a boutique custom home builder, specialising in crafting exceptional, architecturally designed residences for discerning clients. With projects typically valued between $1.5M and $3M, they collaborate with some of Perth’s leading architectural and interior design studios to deliver homes defined by quality, precision, and timeless design.

This is a close-knit, design-driven team that values a relaxed, down-to-earth culture while maintaining uncompromising standards of excellence.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of multiple high-end residential projects. You’ll be responsible for leading the construction of stunning, architecturally designed homes—coordinating trades, maintaining timelines, and ensuring every detail meets the brand’s high standards.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of 6–8 luxury custom home projects concurrently across Perth’s western suburbs.
• Manage on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate closely with the company owner, estimator, architects, and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and bespoke finishes.
• Provide leadership and mentoring, with the opportunity to guide a future junior supervisor.

About You:
You’re a practical, detail-oriented Site Supervisor who takes pride in building exceptional homes and enjoys working with creative professionals.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential site management or supervision (4 years considered for exceptional candidates).
• Proven track record delivering mid- to high-end custom or architectural homes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• A calm, easy-going personality suited to a small, collaborative, and quality-focused culture.
