Boodjera Group is a proudly Aboriginal-owned construction company delivering quality new builds across WA. We’re growing fast and are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team and take charge of our projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Supervise multiple builds from slab to handover

Communicate effectively with trades, office staff and clients

Thorough understanding scope of works, engineering specifications and drawings

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Procurement of resources and coordinating contractors in order to deliver projects according to schedules

Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Possess the ability to solve problems promptly and have a can-do attitude

Supervise subcontractors to make sure all standards, regulations and codes are met. Whether this be quality, costs, schedules or safety issues

Review of all JHA's, SWMS's and work procedures and make recommendations where required
