Operator, Rural Fence Installer, TA All Rounder

Marinoni Ag Services is a family run company in the agricultural industry for many years. We are a leading commercial/rural contractor that specialises in delivering high quality service in Spreading, Equine and Rural fencing and Fabrication work across a range of sectors in WA's regional locations.

Due to continued growth and success, we currently have a position for an experienced Fencer, Operator, TA to join our Southwest team.

The successful applicant will deliver high quality service and workmanship, and communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members to successfully finalise and complete jobs within the scope.

Location - Bunbury, Bunbury & South West WA

Full Time/Casual/Part -Time Position with immediate start with a 3 Month Trial period

Monday-Friday with some options of working weekends

Superannuation, Remuneration package can be discussed upon application

About the role

As an Employee with Marinoni Ag Services, you will be responsible for:

Working alongside other employees constructing and installing Equine and Rural Fencing.

During our off-Season you will be assisting in the workshop as a Fabrication TA.Opportunity to learn on the job

Assisting with stable fit-out and other agricultural needs

Assisting with custom yard builds

About You

To be successful with Marinoni Ag Services, the ideal candidate will have:

Your own transport to our workshop located in Dardanup

The successful applicant will be fit, energetic and of neat & tidy appearance and be able to communicate with the team and customers.

Operating machinery knowledge Performing pre-start checks and reporting maintenance faults and defects.

A current WA driver's license is a pre requisite for employment.

An eye for detail with quality outputs;

Demonstrated ability of working with complex and strict time-frames;

Strong interpersonal skills; and

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work within a team environment

Ability to work independently

Previous experience with rural fencing installation would be desirable, but not essential. On Job training will be provided

Fitness for work is imperative as this role is physical.so please consider this before applying
