About the Role:

As a Robot Welder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding systems to ensure high-quality and efficient production of premium suspension and towing components.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to operate and program robotic welding systems to produce precision-welded components

Learn to conduct quality checks and adjustments to ensure high standards

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Ensuring compliance with workplace health & safety standards

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards

About You:

Understanding of MIG welding techniques

Ability to pick a good weld from a bad one

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

🔹Reliable with a strong work ethic

🔹Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
