About the role

Keenan civil' is seeking experienced Carpenters to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the construction and renovation of residential properties. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with a skilled team of construction professionals.

What you'll be doing

Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to complete carpentry tasks

Performing various carpentry duties such as framing, fit out, building staircases, and constructing cabinetry

Using a range of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards

Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Must have over 3 years carpentry experience

Must have current industry carpentry certifications and carpentry licence

Skills and experience in all types of carpentry, framing, fit out, cladding

Must have own transport and be able to travel around Sydney

White card

Own tools for all aspects of carpentry

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work unsupervised
