We’re looking for a kind, friendly, and reliable receptionist to join our allied health team. This role suits someone who enjoys caring for people, thrives in a busy and varied environment, and genuinely likes both kids and dogs… because we see plenty of both every day!

About Us
We’re a small osteopathic clinic located at the Hackett shops in Canberra’s inner north. Our modern, welcoming space offers free parking and a calm, family-friendly atmosphere. We have six osteopaths, a focus on paediatric care, and a much-loved therapy dog who works four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk:

Welcome patients and manage appointments (phone, email, and in-person)

Process payments and assist with Medicare claims

Clinic Operations:

Keep the clinic tidy and organised

Light cleaning and laundering of clinic linen

Administration:

Support the team with admin tasks such as scanning, filing, and managing emails
