Our client, Australia’s leading Auto Glass Supply company, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team based in Fyshwick.

Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, processing orders and returns, managing invoices, and supporting daily branch operations. You will be essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns
• Process sales orders, returns, credits, and payments
• Prepare and issue invoices; assist with banking
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with freight companies
• Support warehouse operations and delivery scheduling
• Manage inventory, stock transfers, and office supplies
• Report breakages and assist with stocktakes
• Perform regular inventory checks
• Follow up on outstanding payments (as required)
• answering phones , assisting cliental

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Proven experience in customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Solid computer skills
• Reliable transport (essential)
