- Manage the function and delivery of the Neuroscience Consulting Room
- Manage the OH&S Functions for the Neuroscience Consulting Rooms
- Assist the MS Support Nurse with administration tasks for the MS unit
- Previous experience managing specialist/GP clinics, ideally in a hospital setting
- Advanced computer skills - PAS, PACS, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team in a complex environment

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Neurosciences Consulting Rooms including the management and bookings of clinic lists, supporting the administrative team with their daily duties, managing leave and ensuring accurate Medicare billing is completed.
Classifications for this position HS3 - HS25 ($74,448.40 - $82,305.60 per annum). An additional over award is also considered.

About Us:
The Clinical Neurosciences Department is a multidisciplinary unit dedicated to improving the understanding and treatment of neurological disorders. The Department provides a complete clinical and diagnostic service and maintains a strong research focus; principally centred on epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease and movement disorders.
