About the role

T&G Earthmoving Contractors' are looking for an experienced Bobcat Operator/Posi Track to join their team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time role, offering competitive pay and benefits.

What you'll be doing

Operating Excavators and Posi Tracks to carry out a variety of earthmoving tasks on residential construction sites across Perth

Digging, levelling, loading, and other general site work as required

Performing regular maintenance and pre-start checks on equipment

Working safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality work

Collaborating with the wider site team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification

What we're looking for

2+ years' experience as excavator and Posi Track operator in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment operation and maintenance

Ability to read site plans and work to specifications

Final trim is essential

Good communication and teamwork skills

Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) Drivers Licence

Construction Induction (White) Card
