About the role

Wombat Civil is seeking an experienced Final Trim Posi Track Operator to join our small team! You will be operating cat equipment, working on our commercial construction projects across Perth! you will be leaving from our yard in oakford most days, so living south is essential. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in the commercial earthworks sector, with knowledge of final trimming carparks using string lines and trimming pads with laser levels.

What you'll be doing

Operate a posi track to carry out final trim on projects

Final trim ability's on loader and excavator desirable but not essential

HR license required

Interpret site plans and understand project scopes

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Carry out daily pre-start checks and maintenance on equipment

Identify and report any equipment issues or malfunctions

Work collaboratively as part of our small skilled team

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Final Trim Posi Track Operator in the construction industry

Ability to read and interpret site plans and engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and precision in your work

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Current construction industry White Card and valid driver's HR licence

Must hold a minimum Class MR (medium rigid) driver's licence
