We are seeking a full time Senior Sales Consultant to join our luxurious Petersham showroom. Currently we are seeking a team member to work Tuesday - Saturday for an immediate start. The position will involve mostly fashion design, sales, general retail duties and customer service work. Get involved in the creative process with clients creating and designing unique looks to their tastes.

High achievers enjoy generous commissions and outstanding earning opportunities. We reward success with our top consultants regularly exceeding their base salary through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business

Exceed sales targets and KPI's

Design and style appropriate and tasteful outfits

Educate clients about the custom suiting process

Actively build brand presence within the Sydney fashion community

Implement strategies to drive sales and maximise profitability

Requirements:

Have strong sales experience for 2+ years

Have a strong interest in fashion and design

Strong communication and organisation skills

Ability to drive sales and achieve targets

Possess a bubbly and outgoing personality

Must present yourself in a professional and stylish manner for a luxury setting
