Sales Consultant - The Travel Corporation
Location: Bondi Junction (Hybrid) or Remote (must be located in Australia or New Zealand)

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Contact Centre team at The Travel Corporation (TTC). What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for prospective guests via phone, email and chat guiding them through their holiday planning journey.
Convert warm leads into bookings using a consultative, strategic approach.
Own your sales pipeline in Salesforce; track follow-ups, log activity, and drive conversions.
Drive revenue across both B2C and B2B channels by recommending the right travel experiences based on each guest’s or advisor’s needs.
Consistently achieve KPIs for sales, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing wins and best practices.
Stay current on our travel products, brand promotions, and global travel trends.
Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

This role requires availability during our peak sales windows including evenings (after 5 PM) and weekends to best support demand and maximise your sales potential.
