About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Retail Trade Salesperson to join our Inner West Sydney team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where every day is different — perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, solving problems, and working with an extensive range of top trade brands.

In this role, you will:

• Assist customers with sales at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Provide expert advice on tools, accessories, and trade solutions.
• Promote current deals, bundles, and special offers to drive sales.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional, timely solutions.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation and merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on results, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Work one weekend shift per week as part of an 11-day rotating roster.
