We’re looking for our next team member to join our close-knit crew and support us through our next exciting phase of growth.

Our team prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients across Australia.

This role will be multi-faceted, focusing on accounts receivable and general administration.

Responsibilities / About the Role

Processing customer payments, credits, and account reconciliations.

Following up on outstanding accounts and communicating with customers regarding invoices and statements.

Assisting with preparing customer quotations, orders, and invoices.

General administrative support, including data entry and database management.

About You

Proficient in MYOB AccountRight – this is essential for the role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Confident using Microsoft Office.

A team player with a can-do attitude – no task too big or small.
