As they continue to scale nationally, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their leadership team with a focus on driving strategic commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand. This newly created role will be instrumental in deepening customer engagement, optimising commercial systems, and enabling sustainable expansion through data-driven insights and best-practice commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the customer network and build new business opportunities.
• Research new markets and prepare business cases for expansion.
• Develop proposals and tenders that clearly communicate value to customers.
• Oversee revenue capture, CRM, and ERP improvements to support commercial goals.
• Support commercial leaders and regional managers with bids and tenders.
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Build team capability and succession across the commercial network.

About You:

• Experienced commercial or business development leader, ideally from logistics, transport, or industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to improve systems, processes, and team capability.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
