The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to step into a pivotal role overseeing the full finance function. This is a hands-on position where you'll lead reporting, compliance, and financial management, while also driving improvements to systems and processes to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee month-end processes, cashflow, P&L, reconciliations, and management accounts
• Consolidate group accounts across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with tax, BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and ASIC requirements
• Support decision-making through financial modelling and investment analysis
• Lead payroll, superannuation, and supplier/subcontractor payments
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and internal controls
• Partner with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified with solid experience in a similar finance leadership role.
• Proven track reord within a construction or project-based SME environment is essential
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and group consolidation experience
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to manage end-to-end finance functions
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence and support business decisions
